Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the CyberShield Pro SaaS.
1. Service Scope
CyberShield Pro provides monitoring & hygiene for approved websites and IPs. We do not provide traffic filtering, WAF, or DDoS mitigation.
2. Customer Obligations
- Provide authorization to monitor the assets you enroll.
- Configure alert recipients and acknowledge alerts.
- Use the service lawfully and not to scan assets without authorization.
3. Plans & Limits
Plan features and quotas are documented on our Pricing page and enforced in the product.
4. Fees & Billing
Fees are annual in advance unless otherwise stated. Taxes are extra. Late amounts may incur interest.
5. Data & IP
You own your data. We own the platform IP. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards.
7. Security & Availability
We implement industry-standard security controls and publish SLOs. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or events beyond our control.
8. Third-Party Services
Some capabilities (e.g., email/SMS) rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their outages.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect damages; (b) each party’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us for claims arising from monitoring unauthorized assets. We will indemnify you for third-party IP claims alleging our software infringes IP rights.
12. Term & Termination
Terms renew annually. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach. Upon termination, we will delete or return your data per the DPA.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Notices
Notices must be in writing to the addresses on the Order Form.
15. Changes
We may update Terms; material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
